Do you ship to P.O Box addresses?

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O box addresses.

 

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

  • For West Malaysia it takes about 3-5 business days after your order is being processed.
  • For East Malaysia and Singapore, it takes about 7-14 business days after your order is being processed.

 

Do you provide International shipping?

Currently we only ship to Singapore. However, do look out for our website or Facebook page for any announcement soon!

 

Which courier company do you use?

Our standard shipping option is POSSTORE, GDex or J&T depending on your location.

 

How do I track my parcel?

You will receive your tracking number when your purchased item has been shipped out. For Skynet tracking please click here. As for GDex please click here

 

Can I get refund on custom duties?

Custom duties will be charged by your local authorities depending on the maximum purchase limit in your country. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refund on the custom duties as we have no control over these charges. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

 

I have written the wrong address, what should I do?

Kindly contact 03-9546 6263 / 03-9546 6688 immediately to clarify on the wrong address given. Please note that we are not held responsible for sending the wrong address that you have given to us. So, be sure to double check! :)

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase due to shipment of the wrong item/type, you may return to us. Conditions are as follow:

  1. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Item must be unopened and unused.
  3. Damaged item must be returned together with its original box and receipt.

*Items are not eligible for returns when purchase during the sale(s) period.*

Refund Policy

Once your items has been received and inspected, we will send out an email to you to acknowledge the receipt of an item and notify you on the approval and rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, we will then process the refund accordingly. An automatic credit will be applied according to your original payment method.
