If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Figureline2u.com, please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days for local purchases or 14 calendar days for oversea purchases from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Please note that figureline2u.com does not accept or offer refund for any item returned with the following conditions:
- Wrapper removed or box/item opened (unless is manufacturing defect or damaged during courier).
- Not retained in original packaging condition.
- Used item.
- Free gift.
All returned items eligible for refunds will be reimbursed with coupons of equivalent value usable for your next purchase. The coupons are based on the item's selling price excluding shipping cost incurred for the returns. Cash refund evaluate case by case basis. All returns are handled case by case basis.

We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive email notification once the returned item is received at the warehouse.
If the return is valid, you will get refund in coupons equivalent purchase value (or cash refund if applicable) within 7 to 14 working days.
If the return is invalid, we will send back the item with courier changes.
If receive a good which is not your purchase, please inform us immediately and send the item back to us. Figureline2u.com will reimburse the delivery fee as coupon with a valid shipment document as evidence.
Figureline2u.com recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to Figureline2u.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Services purchase is not refundable. If you are not satisfy with our services after redemption, write us an email to email@example.com . We evaluate service refund case by case. If case is approved, you can get half refund with less any financial charges (if applicable) within 14 working days of receiving your email.
